At Gluta White, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding order processing, shipping times, delivery charges, COD option, and other related information for customers in Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment or COD confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi & Major Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Other Cities / Rural Areas: 4–5 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

  • You can pay in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not always carry change.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping rates apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on certain promotions or order thresholds; details will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the courier service’s website.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • Gluta White is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or courier service disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges
